Estancia homeowners elect a Board of Directors annually to oversee the management of the operations of the building.
The mission of the Board is to represent and protect the interests of all homeowners. In doing so, the Board will balance the short-term needs versus the long-term needs of the building in a fiscally responsible manner. The Board does its work through committees and task forces, increasing, as much as possible, homeowner involvement in policy-making.
The operations and security of Estancia are managed by the Association Manager and his team. The Association Manager and the Board work together to achieve solutions which will benefit our residents. They are aided in these efforts by an experienced and talented staff and by a number of specialized service providers.
